Today’s EHRs/EMRs and care plan systems are focused on clinical data capture, billing, selling insurance, etc. Within our personal health and wellness ecosystem, those are the areas that really impact our health the least. Our family, outpatient professionals, coaches, therapists, trainers, etc. can spend more time with us, to improve our outcomes. PAIL brings them into an immersive experience with you.

Safety. We don’t have just one person we interact with about our wellbeing. It’s not practical to expect individuals to manually keep up with everything everyone is doing in our world of health. PAIL integrates with networks and systems these professionals use to show every member of the team what your updated med orders are, what your latest chart information is and how you are progressing across specialties and outpatient facilities. This saves time, money and most importantly helps everyone help you navigate all your care plans.
Caregiver Collaboration. Through PAIL, you can choose to share your clinical data with a clinician, coach, therapist, or family member. A coach may see that you are having treatment this week that will be more effective if you are active. They can then work with you on goals for that week, to help you get the most out of your treatment plan.
Preappointment Paperwork. You can complete all ‘annoying paperwork’ and have it in the doctor’s hands before you get there. That way you’re not wasting valuable facetime with your doctor ‘catching up’ on what you’ve been doing between visits. You can spend all of that visit time ‘looking forward,’ at next steps in your care plan. -
Yes, you can chat with a live person via our chat bot at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm CT. If needing support outside those hours, you can submit a request for support or to be contracted via support@PAIL-ai.com and someone will respond to you during regular business hours.
